Descriptive Writing

This term we are writing descriptive pieces. We are using Figurative language. Here is an example from an image I chose.   



As the scattered cub was in the grasping African hot summer. Waiting for a sizzle in the long brown grass as though it was going to catch fire. Suddenly sizzling under the green tree, as the Cheetah Cub jumped at the snake and got blood splattered onto its mouth.
